DEADLINES / CLOSING

Your advertising campaign can start any day. We require only 3 full business days notice and receipt and acceptance of new campaign instructions, the signed insertion order, and ad graphic(s).

AD CREATION

508ma.com can provide your online ad design for you. Please let us know what you would like and we'll quote you a very reasonable price.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

508ma.com reserves the right to refuse or take down any advertising considered unacceptable.
Advertisements are made available by 508ma.com upon the warranty of the agency and advertiser that they are authorized to make available on 508ma.com the entire contents and subject matter thereof and on the advertiser's site on the Web as linked through 508ma.com that such advertisement will not violate any law or infringe upon any right of any party.
Advertising buys are subject to the standard terms and conditions of 508ma.com insertion orders.
508ma.com shall not be subject to any liability whatsoever for any failure to provide reference or access to all or any part of the advertising due to systems failures or other technological failures of the Web or other circumstances beyond 508ma.com's control.
508ma.com is not responsible for errors in advertising provided by the advertiser or its agency.
Rates are subject to change.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required (one month minimum) with insertion order. However, advertisers with current calendar year ad contracts will be invoiced with 30-day terms. Thereafter a monthly invoice will be sent. Make. The advertiser and agency are jointly and severally liable for payment of invoices for advertising on 508ma.com.

REPORTS

Online ad reports can be provided to advertisers upon request. A summary report of impressions and click throughs will be provided to advertisers via e-mail.

ONLINE ADVERTISING RATES

All rates are in US dollars. These rates effective January 1, 2005. Rates subject to change.
